April 2008

Sister Kelsie Garrett writes:
Just know the real life experiences are impossible to expalin--but are amazing and i love every moment of this blasted mission i'm on! i'm excited to come home yes, but i'm going to be leaving a big part of my heart here in athens. i have learned how to love in a way i never knew was possible...and i'm going to miss this nutty greek lifestyle. the people here have the biggest hearts and i'm just glad i have been able to share mine with them. i guess that's what the moral of this whole story of life is all about...live to love and love to live...right!? so go out there and do your best, no matter where you're at, and everything will work out! 'till next week...filakia from greece! kels :)

I thought I would add my little blurb this time around. It's beenawhile since you guys have all heard from me, but I am happy toannounce that I recently got engaged! I feel so lucky to have foundthis girl. Her name is Holli Chatterton and she is from Logan. We planon getting married later on this summer on August 6th. Things justcouldn't be better. I'd also like to throw out my congratulations toMike and Bailey. Other than that nothing much else is going on out ofthe ordinary, just work and school like everyone else. Plugging awayday after day to try and finish what I have started. I would also liketo thank Alisa for doing this, I am sure this is a lot more work thanwe think it is and it keeps us all in touch and update, so thank you!

Britni (Hall) and Nate Watkins write:
Just thought I'd write a quick note to say we've had our baby boy! He came 2 weeks early (April 23), and he is just the most precious little thing. Being a mom is so much fun, even though they keep you up all night long. We named him Tucker, and he was 6 pounds 2 ounces and 19.5 inches long. Hope all is well with everyone!

Alisa (DeYoung) Crowell says:
First, Congrats to Mike and Baylee! Second, yeah for Britni and Nate with their new little guy--Tucker! Third, I have a huge apology to make! I can't believe it's already almost the end of May--I'm so pathetic! Anywho, you'll most likely get a newsletter reminder in a couple of weeks already. Corey and I are doing well-- we are planning to move to Keene, NH. For any of you who remember "Jumanji," it was filmed in the quaint and classic of a Northeastern city--Keene. We will be for for June and July--then plan on coming home to Utah for August! That's it!
